All Prices do not include shipping unless the price says “shipped” next to it. I charge a flat rate of $45 for UPS Overnight by 10:30 A.M. The $45 includes a new, foam lined box, a heat or cool pack if necessary, and any other shipping needs.

I ship using UPS overnight (Next Day Air) by 10:30 A.M. I can ship so it gets to you by 8:30 A.M. but it will cost more and is called UPS next day air early AM. If interested in the UPS next day air early AM please email me your address for an estimate on cost.

If you are not there to sign for the package Then live arrival and any other guarantees are void! I can ship to your closest UPS store. Although when I do this the box will need to be picked up within 2 hours of delivery (or when store opens) and if anything is wrong you are to call me at (303)-905-1592 within those two hours for the guarantees to be valid!

I offer live arrival if the temperatures are between 45 degrees and 85 degrees. I also offer a 3-day health guarantee. If the animal is DOA (dead upon arrival) then you must notify me within 3 hours of arrival (I prefer by phone) and keep the body as proof. If you try to reach me and I don’t answer please just leave a message and I will get back to you ASAP. If you aren’t happy with the animal for any reason please notify me within 24 hours and I can refund your money minus shipping when the animal arrives back in my care.

I can hold an animal for a week with a 20% non-refundable deposit. I am very easy to work with if you need more time or a payment plan. Although I will not ship an animal until it is paid in full and all payment has cleared.

Please don’t send money until you have emailed me and I have said that the animal in question is still available. I prefer pay-pal as my main payment but will also accept USPS money orders. If you send a USPS money order I will hold the animal for a maximum of 5 days to allow the money order to arrive. Please contact me for a mailing address.

I also accept Credit Cards!!! Please use the Pay-Pal button to pay with Pay-Pal or with a Credit Card!
